About the Ministry

His Love Ministries is an International Intercessory Prayer Ministry dedicated to bringing people to a deeper understanding of the love that God has for them.

Founded in 1983 by Father John F. Campoli, The members of the ministry have conducted healing Masses, Retreats, Parish Missions and Days of Recollection in the United States, England, Ireland, Trinidad, Belize and the Middle East.

In 1989, Mary Buckman joined Father John as a partner in ministry. In 1993, Mary founded On Angels Wings, which directs the various outreach programs of the ministry.

When Father Campoli is asked to give a brief summary of the objectives of the Ministry, he would say that he tries to bring people to an understanding that “God is love, love is mercy, mercy is forgiveness and forgiveness heals.”

Masses and Healing Services

A Mass and Healing Service, celebrated by Father John Campoli, is a Eucharistic celebration carried out exactly as the Church prescribes, with a greater emphasis the mystery of suffering and God’s healing power. Following the Mass there is an opportunity for individual prayer. During this prayer time, the ministers will lay hands on those who come forth asking God to touch them with His healing in mind, body and spirit. During the Mass and healing service, Father John stresses healing of the spirit. The beautiful part of the Healing Ministry is that we have witnessed so many people change their lives and grow in a deeper relationship with God.

Parish Missions

Father Campoli is available to conduct parish renewal missions. For a mission he usually preaches at all the weekend Masses and conducts services from Monday through Thursday evenings. During the course of the mission, one evening is usually dedicated to the sacrament of Reconciliation and the last evening includes a healing service.

Conferences

Father John is available as a Conference Speaker. He has been a speaker at conferences such as the Scranton Charismatic Conference and the Northern California Charismatic Conference.

Retreats

Retreats and Days of Recollection are held periodically at parishes and retreat centers. We will also tailor programs to your particular group’s needs.

Mary Buckman joined Father John as a partner in ministry in 1989. In 1993, Mary founded On Angels Wings, outreach arm of the ministry.

In contact with those we meet on the road Mary saw a need for specialized attention to expectant mothers and children. This special outreach of prayer has been growing and growing. Whenever possible please remember the families who are struggling. It is together, praying for each other, that we grow closer to God.

At the beginning of 2001, Mary and Father John began an outreach called TheHarvesters. This is a prayer ministry, working to bring people to an understanding of God's Love in their life.

We also have an outreach of Prayer for Priests. Our clergy especially need our prayers. We invite you to send us the names of any priests who have touched your life in a special way and they will be added to our prayer list. We now have hundreds of names that appear on this page.
